No, borax is sodium borate. Borax should not be ingested as it is poisonous.

Borax will kill you. Don’t ingest it.

I don’t entirely understand you train of thought, I wish I had more information concerning what you think will purge your body of unnatural substances. I have studied the topic extensively, the best option I have found so far is a ‘coffee enema’. This idea seems to scare people though, so if you need an alternative, I recommend doing things the natural way. First, get yourself a reverse osmosis device, 6-8 stage is ideal. Reverse osmosis devices remove most of the fluoride from your drinking water, if you want to be really thorough and do your neighbors and friends a favor, talk to your mayor about the removal of fluoride from your water. The next step I recommend taking is getting a multi-vitamin and a b-complex pill. These two pills will essentially charge your body in many ways that you generally would get other wise. I also suggest going on a very healthy diet. Do research on foods that should be bought organically, spinach for example is something that should be organic. Drink lots of clear water, go for walks and exercise, get yourself a UVB lamp, eat well and you will be clear of things you don’t wish to be exposed to.

I don’t know if you live in the US, but if you do this will allow you to find out a bit more about whos water has fluoride. http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/MWF/Index.asp
